Week of 3/21

Ahoy!

Wow... I can't believe that it is almost the end of March! Where did this month go? We have been working really hard in here since Christmas break! I have noticed that some of my kiddos are feeling under the weather :( Please make sure they are getting plenty of sleep, drinking water, and eating healthy food! We are all worn down right now and ready for spring break! We just have a few more days!

Reading: This is our last week of our salmon unit. Students have had a blast learning about salmon and their life cycle. This week we are focusing on a story called Salmon Forest. We are working on finding the main message and retelling a story.

Writing: Students are working on a personal narrative. They are currently in the rough draft phase.

Math: This week we are continuing to learn about fractions! This will be our last week of this unit! Please be doing multiplication facts with your students at home!
